I taught yoga at the YMCA for 5 years and now focus my teachings on those things that matter most to me, primarily using a yoga practice to ignite passion, creativity and an overall sense of calmness in your life.

I would love to host a workshop for your group! Please read the description(s) below and email me for more information, to create a custom class topic, or to schedule your next workshop!

Pricing will vary depending on number of people, location and supplies requested but will rarely exceed $30/person and includes: All art supplies, yoga supplies for up to 5 people, light snacks and drinks, personalized class and online registration access if needed.

Art + Yoga

Explore your creativity in a new way! Join me for a unique workshop as we learn to express creativity through different forms of art.

Each 2 hour class begins with a yoga set designed for your topic. Open your chakras using movement and voice, energize your body and allow it to move enthusiastically!

No yoga experience required! Bring your curiosity and open mind/heart along with a yoga mat or small blanket.

After yoga, we express the energy generated through art! Different mediums/projects are available or we can incorporate your organization’s goals (such as brainstorming a specific project). No specific skill set is needed and all supplies are provided.

Snacks and drinks will be offered and you are welcome to bring your own.

Everyday Yoga

Learn to use yoga techniques throughout your day to preserve calmness, promote positive thinking and keep your body moving.

You don’t need to attend a one-hour yoga class every day! Bring yoga into your daily tasks and feel better all day long!

This workshop is designed to take yoga “off the mat” for current asana practitioners and to introduce new yogis to the many paths of yoga including: asana (movement), mindfulness, meditation and breath work. It is suitable for all levels and will include several “mini-classes” you can take home and use depending on the amount of time you have available on any given day.

Usually a 2-hour workshop but can be limited to a one-hour class if needed, depending on your organizations goals.
